Cozy Oaks RV Resort is a family place. The park's roots were planted soon after Bud May decided to escape the city and take his family camping in the summer of 1968. Their ensuing love of the camping experience in the relaxing countryside of Western Pennsylvania led to the purchase of an old farm and its conversion into what is now one of the region's most beautiful family campgrounds. From humble beginnings, Cozy Oaks RV Resort, has been solely owned and operated by the May family since 1975. The park now offers a full range of amenities and services such as mini-golf, fishing, volleyball, bocce ball, a food court, and more! Throughout this time, two constants have been paramount: The campground's family roots, and the family's dedication toward creating the same sort of memorable experiences for others that first attracted them to what is now Cozy Oaks. They look forward to having your family as their family's guests. It is sure to be an experience that you will cherish across generations and for years to come!

Very poor ran. Management has no experience and is terrible in prioritizing projects. They are very snarky and have no customer mgmt skills. Place has gone downhill. Lots of drunks in the campground, and mobile home park is full of loser residents. Sketchy place. Would not recommend.

The only reason they are getting one star is because negative stars are not possible. In all my years of camping I have never experienced anything like this. Management is shady and very demeaning and unprofessional when they speak to campers, they do not take campers questions, concerns, or comments professionally. They always have a snarky comeback. The new website is all pictures of the campground when it was Farma and lists amenities that they do not have. If I was a "weekender" and booked a stay at Cozy Oaks based off of the website I would be livid upon arrival. The staff did not finish power washing the pool and they filled it anyway, it is filthy and I would not let my dog go in there let alone a child. It was opened for two days this so far this season. Major fail not having the pool opened on Memorial Day weekend sighting "a trickster" in the park when it was obvious they do not know how to maintain a pool of that size. Although the managers home has been completely renovated, I think their priorities are pretty skewed.
