General Policies

1. DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS 2. Refunds require a 14 day notice prior to arrival on daily/weekly reservations or 45 days days prior to arrival on monthly reservations. 3. Holidays require a 3 day minimum stay and a non-refundable $100 deposit. 3. Holiday Rates are in effect for the following weekends - Easter, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Labor Day. 4. Administrative fee of $10.00 applies on all cancellations. 5. No charge to change reservation date if 24 hours notice is given. 6. We allow you to change your dates two times. After two changes your reservation will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. You may make a new reservation requiring a new deposit. 7. Daily reservations must be pre-paid. 8. 2-6 days stay requires a $50.00 deposit 9. 1-3 weeks stay requires a $75.00 deposit Monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit. 10. We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover 11. All prices are for 2 person occupancy;and include 30/50 amp electrical service, water, sewer and daily trash removal from site. Extra people (age 5 & over) in party are charged at $3.50 per person, per night 12. Premium 75 channel cable and Wi-Fi included in rates 13. Rates are subject to change 14. We are a pet friendly park.

This campground is really great. The staff was so happy and welcoming it really set the beginning of our stay just right. First impressions are really important and this place really knows how to give one! Other than the plethora of activities and things to choose from to fulfill ones day the prices of everything was just amazing. Also the utilities were nicely kept and always clean. The pool was so much fun to splash in for my kids yet I enjoyed the views of everything around this park – like the beach that is in walking distance. What could be better for a nice resort?
