The East Lucas RV Park is located in the beautiful and quaint town of Beaumont, and is a great spot for a relaxing Texas vacation. Near the campground is a number of excellent attractions to engage every type of camper. For the history-buff, the area is a historical hub with several museums including the Art Museum of Southeast Texas, Spindletop Gladys City Boomtown Museum, Eddison Museum and the Dishman Art Museum. For the nature-enthusiast, there's plenty to fall in love with surrounding the campground, such as the Beaumont Botanical Gardens, Doornbos Heritage Park and Village Creek State Park. The Beaumont Riverfront Park and Smith Lake Water Park are camper favorites, and among the many outdoor attractions, travelers can go swimming, fishing, biking, hiking, scenic viewing, sunset viewing and boating. And of course, this beautiful city is home to excellent southern restaurants and an understated nightlife ready for the urban adventurer to explore. The site includes WiFi, water, sewerage and electricity. Hope to see you soon!

This is a very nice site! It is intended for long term customers yet there is a nice back end of the park that takes in RV’ers that show up for shorter stays. It’s nice how they do everything as they show they enjoy their job by maintaining the park so well. The staff was so kind and helpful. The facilities were really clean - I loved not seeing a dirty bathroom or laundry room. They had a good array of amenities and activities to do that was fun for anyone. I really enjoyed this place and can’t wait to get the family back out there for a longer stay. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Good for an overnight or a few days in the Beaumont area if you will be touring the area. Mostly filled with long term residents but there is a FHU (30 or 50 amp) pull through section with roomy sites in the back of the park for short term RVers. Sites were level and plenty wide and long for our 36 foot toy hauler so I would say the visitor section is big rig friendly. We had the best site with not only a picnic table but also a deck. Most had only a picnic table. Cable TV, WiFi (although it didn’t work well in the back of the park where we were) clean bathhouse, laundry ($1 wash. 25min; $1 dry 40 min…I was really happy to see this info listed, because many parks do not give price or times for their machines), shade in some of the sites, dog walking designated area, small clubhouse, no pool or activities that I noted. The park brochure provided good info about stores, churches, and attractions that were nearby and the friendly host told us how to get to the state inspection station we needed. Offers discounts for TACO, Good Sam, and AAA. We would go back if we wanted to tour the Beaumont area in the future for a few days. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
