The Double Heart Ranch and RV Park is located near the beautiful Lake Rayburn, and is a great spot for an easy-going Texas vacation. At the lake, campers can enjoy excellent water activities such as fishing and boating, and there's also a host of great attractions outside of the the park. Just beyond the campground are sites like the American Indian Museums, Martin Dies Jr State Park, Birdy's Scooters And ATV's-No Rentals, Newton Co Historical Center & Museum, Newton County Powell Hotel and the Monadnock Oil and Vinegar Company. There's also great local eateries for visitors and locals alike to enjoy. Amenities at the park include: propane, recreation room with a kitchen, WIFI, laundry facilities, showers, restrooms, pull thrus and full hookups. Hope to see you soon!

There is no wifi but it is still advertised. Propane is onsite but 9/10 management has a sign on office saying they will be back but they will be out of office all day. If Ed Pulda wife, Deedra is in office she is friendly some days but constantly talking about others at the park whom I have never met. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers for only a dollar, but you spend triple that because they do not completely wash or dry. Those individuals who have great things to say seem to stay for a very short time or are here for some event nearby. Edwin has stated that he like to upset people he does not like. He complains about the owner whom I found out was named Andy. I thought Ed was the owner based off of how he claims things are his at the park. He will tell you can do one thing one day and the next it is a completely different story. I often wondered why some people could park in the grass or other sites but heard Ed tell others not to set foot in any other site outside of their meter box. I never saw management clean up after peoples stay but heard him ask others who live there that he would pay them to do it. It is not kid friendly or pet friendly! It is so unfortunate because this place could be a very nice place to stay. I will be back when there is new management. Those who are afraid to speak out, I encourage you to write your experience and not share your name for the sole reason of harassment and issues Ed and Deedra Pulda may cause you. God Bless.
