Perfectly adequate. Good price for the week. Hot water in showers and wifi was consistent. The spots were level and easy to pull through. Late check-in was easy. Bathroom floors and showers desperately need deep cleaning. Junk car and mess should be contained on other side of the park. So many trains only run at night! Not the Park's fault but it would have been nice to know.

Absolutely the worst campground we’ve stayed at in years. Filthy, disgusting and hasn’t been cared for in quite some time. There is no way we’d ever stay here again.

Stayed overnight during our move. This place was a former KOA and is in disrepair. Picnic tables were broken, grass wasn’t mowed, BBQ was in terrible shape. If we hadn’t been driving all day we would have left immediately. Husband used bathroom and said it was disgusting. Broken down cars on property as well. Look elsewhere. Too be honest, place should be closed. Won’t be returning.

Check in was easy and efficient. the site was clean and well kept. The rate was very reasonable. We would stay at the RV park again

Pretty good for an overnight stop. Pad was level and no problems with hook-ups. Restrooms were adequate but dated and smelled that way. A junked car in front of the restrooms and a trailer home in the process of demolition next door really gave the place a bad look. Also VERY busy railroad tracks nearby.

Adequate, basic site. Only 23% occupancy that night, and yet they assigned us to a west-facing site with no trees, no grass, pretty far away from the dog walk area, which was overgrown with weeds.. Camgpround is only one of two in the area. Apparently used to be a KOA. Enough said.

This place has the nicest campsite cats of any RV park we've ever stayed. Those Tabby's were friendly!

Park must have new owners from the last time we stayed there, it was pretty run down the cable didn't work. Was just really run down.

It was clean and easily accessible. We stayed one night and will do so again.

Nice clean park eze to maneuver around in my 33' MH with a toad. Just a add note some of the roads outside the park have some big dips so go slow

Very satisfied stay. It's only a stop over on our way through. Shady, accommodating, pull through sites. Very friendly camp cat.

The park was quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. WiFI worked well. Had what we needed for an overnight stay. No frills.

Ok for an overnight stop, but don’t expect any amenities. Location in town. Grass needed mowing so we could not use picnic table because too high.

Lacks investment over the years very basic. Was a KOA at one time but could not maintain the standards.

The staff seemed really nice but the facilities were not kept up as advertised. None of the amenities were in a shape for use, I.e, basketball, playground, horseshoes, etc. I would chose another campground my next visit to Clayton.

I was just traveling through and did not unhook my camper. But picnick table was on pieces on the ground, grass was tall around water hookup. Place needs better upkeep

Certainly NOT a destination campground! It was an overnight stop for us and it served its purpose. We saw several RVs pull into the park only to drive right back out. Really run down.

We rolled in after hours but since we checked in online, everything went smoothly and we just easily found our spot and hooked up. It’s a steep gravel road that takes you to to some well spaced out spots with trees and terrific views. There are a lot of longer term “residents” so it’s nice and quiet. We had one of 3 small spots out in the open lined up next to each other but it was fine since we were just spending the night and the site was level with good hookups. Mineral Wells State Park was just next door so we were able to make a quick last minute hike. Thankful I was able to book a spot last minute… worked out great!
