The Bar B RV Park & Campground is located in the beautiful town of Forsyth, Missouri and is a great spot for a quiet, relaxing camping trip. Campers may look forward to plenty of wide open spaces for nature walking, sunset viewing, stargazing and cook-outs. Plus, the campground is right on Bull Shoals Lake, so get ready of breathtaking views over the water, and great browns, rainbow trout, bass, crappies, bluegill and catfish fishing. The park is conveniently nestled in the Ozarks hills with some beautiful nature and just minutes away from the Country Music Capital Branson Missouri. This is a great place to take in a lot of great sights, eat at delicious restaurants and shop then retreat in the country setting of this beautiful campground. Amenities offered at the park include electrical hookups, water, sewerage and WiFi. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

The owner was nice and accommodating, the park was small and not so accommodating to my long rv. It is a nice park for the long time stay campers. However the park is not geared to the over nighter or the vacation seeker. You kinda get the feel that any noise after 8 may disturb people. The view is a big cemetary which didnt bother us. But just be aware. The people around the camp seemed to be good people.

From San Diego to Kansas to Branson area, originally we made a 2 nights reservation. after meeting the owner, Randy on site, his country welcome and his patience with setting our 31 foot C class RV in a quite site with view convinced me to stay for the week. the park is right off the Hwy, close to town, yet has the openness and view we were seeking. Safe, quite with a view and great owner/staff for all your needs. we will be back and stay in no other place. Highly recommend this RV park for any amount of stay.

Just have to say what a pleasure it is to have stayed at the Bar Bee RV Park & Campground! We came all the way from the noisy City of San Diego and find the Bar Bee to be a little slice of heaven! Quiet & peaceful and my husband & I felt safe leaving our site to explore the area. Randy was so helpful and neighborly and made sure we could find everything needed to have a pleasant, first rate stay. What a find! I highly recommend this place-we ate already planning our next trip back and this is the only place we will stay. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, neighborly & economic place to stay you, look no further! We will be back soon!

Avoid this place unless you feel comfortable thinking whatever is outside might not be there when you get back or wake up in the morning. It appeared this campground is supported by the full-time campers. Go back across the bridge and stay at Shadrowrock Park & Campground, owned by the city, it's clean and cheaper.

Campground Response

I do have some extended stays here. We have never had any problems with stealing. I dont even lock the club house, and I sell soda, ice and such on the honor system. Who ever you are you never voiced any concerns to me.

Not well equipped for large (38'+) RVs, maneuvering was tight and there are hills where you will scrape. Arrived late, found no site/reservation information, we just picked our sites at random.

Campground Response

Indeed is a smaller park. I prefer to let the campers pick there own sites if possable. Thank you for staying.

This is a really lovely campground that has a lot to offer. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The sites were rather spacious and adequately spaced apart. The amenities they offered were nice and minimal (which was great for us). The activities were mainly water based activities but they were so much fun and very relaxing for all of us. I liked the location of this pace as it was easy to find, and there was a lot of great places to shop and eat that was only a short drive away. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will be back to visit again.

Campground Response

Thank you so much! Look forward to return campers.
