Overview
Sunset Palms RV & Mobile Home Park is located in the beautiful city of Brownsville, Texas and is a great way for a quiet southern adventure. Near the resort, there's also a number of excellent attractions including the Gladys Porter Zoo, Palo Alto Battlefield National Historic Park, Boca Chica State Park and a number of other historic and natural attractions. Popular among visitors and locals alike include Fort Brown, Resaca de la Palma Battlefield, Resaca De La Palma State Park & World Birding Center and the Friends of Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. There's also a number of sporting parks, art galleries, museums and wide open spaces for golfing, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and even dancing. This park is adults only, no children. Rates are for two adults. For additional adults, the fee is $2 per person per day.
We are a gated community and do not allow check-ins after 7 pm

- All annual residents (Park Models, Mobile Homes, Manufactured Homes, and/or Permanent RV’s) must have a valid and current lease agreement on file. - Adult only park, no children allowed - One vehicle only per site. Additional vehicles $20 per month
